Jesse, to make sure that the money ended up in the erm, right pocket, wouldn't the "team" have to be sure that the targetted tourists were going to exit at the same place place they entered? It isn't that I don't believe in scam artists, but this "team" really must have an amazing game in place.

If Belize is trying to encourage people to come there to invest in their country which in turn would stimulate their economy seems to me they would put the breaks on this sort of nonsense pronto!
