I've always noticed that Caye Caulker tends to run around 15 years behind AC - that includes the good and the bad things, water supply, power supply, crime, tourism, traffic etc etc. That's just the way it is. People can like it or not, but that doesn't change the way things are.

It will take some very strong leadership to prevent the pattern from continuing.

I have spent 2 weeks on CC and several months on AC. I like them both but my 20's kids prefer SP, they know more people and like the larger atmosphere.

If I were to live in Belize I would be happy with north or south of SP or a place on CC.
