Hi ya'll,
I have been reading and rereading all the posts about your recent trips, getting "in the mood". We leave May 30, will be in the water by 4 p.m.!
Can hardly wait to meet those of you who will be there. And very excited about Debbie's Birthday Bash! OK, I know that ErnieB will be there, who else is there, and how will I find you? We will be a bit busy the first few days setting up the house, but I know that we'll need some r&r too! Not sure how long we are staying, probably 2 weeks... (not long enough)
Kathy -- we shipped 15 boxes out yesterday, hope all gets down there! I know I said I was going to just take the essentials... but found that I really must be high-maintenance! I read your post that you are taking your stuff in duffles... bless you child... we just decided to ship it all and take our backpacks when we go!

Vicki -- I'll be anxious to hear how your shipping experience goes! There is method to my madness... the more "things" we need down there, the more trips I get to make to my "Casa Tranquila!" I will be spending many days shopping in Belize--hoping to buy most of it there. Right now I am making curtains for the bedrooms -- a tie-dye/batik fish (turquoise/purple/pink). Very cool.

Wish we were going at the same time. There's always next time!

BTW, my friends just got back from AC. Her report is that it is the BEST VACATION they have ever had -- everyone agreed, including pre-teen kids! I was so glad to see her tan and smiling! Another one bites the dust... )) happily!

I am absolutely DELIGHTED that you will be there when I am, and are planning on coming to the Sunday Parties..... You don't know how excited.... This is SUPER fantastic!!!
We're arriving on the 9th. Early afternoon. My husband, Mark, and I will be staying at the Seven Seas until the 16th and then will be at Coconuts until the 19th. You can leave messages for us there or come by. We're on the second floor at Seven Seas.

Be sure to Tell Margie at the bar Hello From Mark.....I had her Margaritas EVERYDAY...da best....Right about now I'm jamming to Shaggy...keeps me centered...Can't wait till I can get back down...I'm so sad since I left....I miss AC...
