I've searched for this info to no avail... Would someone kindly reply with the outgoing SMTP email server address for the Coral Cable internet service? I can't get through to a tech there today. Thanks in advance.

Didn't know they provided e-mail addresses, I was never given one. I just use my gmail smtp address.

They used to provide email addresses a long time ago. The only SMTP used are for btl...

Most of my customers that require an SMTP address, if their email provider doesn't have their own, also have a BTL.net address. If their non BTL email uses it's own server (ie. pop.xxxx.com) then they use the login credentials for BTL in place of the outgoing smtp server information for their non BTL.net email.

I hope that somewhat makes sense...

Hey, thanks for the info. My email server back in Canada has an address for outgoing but it doesn't seem to work here using Outlook. Or, I could very well be using some wrong settings. I was on Coral cable about 6 months ago and used an smtp address they provided but of course, didn't write it down. It was ccv.(something). I'll call them Monday and get that address again and add to a reply here... was just hoping someone knew it so I could use Outlook this weekend. Peace.

Called Coral Cable and was given the following as the SMTP server info:

mail.ccvbz.net
<or>
10.0.0.1

...unfortunately, neither worked... crap!

It may be your port settings. I am using 995 incoming and 587 outgoing and have no problems.
