I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how much yearly dock fees are? We are just about to build a 75 foot dock on the west side of the island.

First you need a dock permit.
I believe the fee is 1.00 Bz per square foot per year.
I'll send Marty a copy of a pier permit application and maybe he can post it for you.

Jon, for 75 feet I would check and see if you really need a permit , might be a min. length.
second thought i wouldn't check ,i would just build it and not volunteer my money to the buggers.

Going south: at the road entrance to Xanadu turn right instead of left into Xanadu, drive to the end of that road and turn left, drive south about a mile and you'll see it on the right. If the road turns into paved road instead of unpaved you've gone too far.

I already have a permit thanks. $1Bz per foot for the annual fee is quite cheap...thanks for your help:)
