When does the season start and end for the San Pedro Sea Dogs. Do they ever let foreigners play on the team?

Not sure when it starts again, and it is often only a few weeks notice when it does. It's not set in stone as in other countries. Plenty of foreignors play but you'll need to be very fit and good - an English ex Premier League Player played one season and quit. There are also regular local Leagues and five a side leagues.

Do the Sea Dogs need another set of uni's as I noticed they only have 1 and every other team has 2.
