Talking with some experts at the bar at Crave last week, I learned some new items for the Kriol phrase book in Moon Belize:

"She proppah lika snappah" = "she's good-looking"

"cheese 'n rice" = a way to exclaim "Jesus Christ" without taking the Lord's name in vain.

Here's a few Belizean Kriolisms I've already got:

Haul your rass -- Get the hell out of here!
Dat da lone rass -- That’s not true!
Belly full, boti glad -- Declaration after a good meal.
Stap u rass -- Shut your mouth; stop your foolishness.
Kohn ya! -- Come here!

'Hand wash Hand' it’s used on a personal basis between friends or in a brotherhood of man sense like the expression
" The World is Round" .

Is "the world is round" a kriol expression also, haven't heard that before.
