We went to Ambergris for the first time in March and loved it, plan to go back. I have been trying to find a recipe for Coconut Shrimp which we had a couple of times and have been unable to locate one. It was the sauce actually that was great. Does anyone have any ideas where I could find one.

I live on the coast and make shrimp a lot. I LOVE coconut shrimp, it's one of my favorites. I got several receipes for it off the internet, but I like my own sauce best and it's SO SIMPLE!!!
