“A Resident Of Belize Is Missing In Mexico”
The current upheaval in Mexico is being felt beyond its borders, touching the lives of men and women beyond its city limits. Such is the case in the disappearance of Rev. Jesus Falcon, a volunteer missionary to Belize who holds resident status in Belize. Rev. Jesus Falcon was last heard from on the 14th of December. Rev. Falcon had traveled to the city of Monterrey, Mexico to visit family for the Christmas holidays.
Contact was made shortly after he arrived, letting Bishop Joiner know that he had made it into the city safely. Arriving by plane on December 14th, 2010 he was met by his mother, Rosalva Falcon Asevedo and stepfather, Arturo Servantez; all three have since been reported missing.

Reports are that they were kidnapped but there have been no demands of ransom.

A valuable member to the community, Rev. Falcon serves as an Associate Pastor at The Apostolic Pentecostal Church of Belize, located in Guinea Grass, Orange Walk District.

Rev. Falcon was vital in the recent establishment of an emergency medical response vehicle, along with the establishment of a private Christian school and other community outreach programs. He donated many evenings, providing transportation to various members and guest of the local community along with overseeing general day to day church operations.

Bishop M.T. Joiner, Presiding Bishop of The Apostolic Pentecostal Church of Belize, is asking the nation for prayers of a safe return.
