I'm planning a trip with about 5-6 couples and looking for recommendations on places to stay south of Ambergis Caye. I stayed at Ambergis Caye 8 years ago and loved it. Now we're looking for something a little more secluded, on a beach or island, with snorkeling and bone fishing close by. Any suggestions?

If you're talking south of AC and not the south side of AC. You might try Coco Plum Caye http://www.cocoplumcay.com/ They offer fly fishing packages.

Or also try French Louie Caye, off Placencia.
