Just booked our flights and will be back in June for the third time in the past three years ... we kinda like it . We are thinking about staying on Caye Caulker or the mainland for a couple of days and then heading over to San Pedro.

Any ideas for accommodations on Caulker? Our only experience was going there for a day sail and spending some time at the split. Really liked it and saw some nice condos near there, but wasn't sure if we should stay in town ... wherever that might be!

Also no clue where to stay on the mainland. I had heard some good things about Palencia?

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

The Cayo area is very nice, we stayed in Bullet Tree at the Iguana Junction, a little B&B on the river, lots to do & see in the area.
