I rarely have a golf cart, but when I do, I always try to offer anyone who needs one a lift. I usually depend on their request to know whether they need one or not, but elderly people and women with babies or heavy shopping - I'll always stop for. Kids as well. Some children live down south in DFC but go to school at Holy Cross. That's a long walk to and from school, especially when it is hot. The long hot day at school, followed by a long dusty walk home - especially for some who may not get another meal that day, or who have studying to do or are expected to care for siblings in the evening. I've been lucky enough to have been offered rides when I need them and I like to pass that good spirit on.
