It sounds like a great idea. It is green and it is a fence. Minimal cost. I hope that I don't have to trim it too often as I will be a "snow birder", i.e. be in CC for only 6 months in a year.

Tim.... Yes...I figured out a Plan B should I not able to buy the lot (price too high, or sold...etc).

MacGregar 26 is small but it would be big enough for 1 - 2 person(s). Not a cruiser but good enough for the coastline between the mainland and the Cayes.
Trailer it in from Texas. Use it as an RV and anchor it in the West side of CC. When I am not at CC. Dry dock it in SP - Boat slip rental is only $125US a month (with electricity and water).
Until the house / hut is built.
