My name is Dustin, I'm a few months from graduating high school and i have no desire to stay in the US. I want to know if there are any local jobs for hire in Caye Caulker and also if there are any local (non-vacation) houses for rent, no matter the condition. I plan to make Caye Caulker my permanent residence.

Unless your are Belizean you will need a work permit. Most jobs available are for local Belizeans unless you have some skill or knowledge that Belize really needs. Most high school graduates do not possess those skills.

There are lot of Belizeans on Caye Caulker already looking for work.

Could be wrong but don't believe that pdf on fees is up-to-date. Don't have my list at hand, but as I recall they are roughly twice as high, or more, as on that list -- e.g. US$1500 per year for a professional permit.

Oh God help me, Caye Caulker needs someone "a few months from graduating high school" just about as much as they need more stray dogs.

Perhaps posting a resume would help. Are you of Belizean decent? What are your skills? Your interest? Your financial status? Can you get yourself here and support yourself for awhile? Do you have any references? Why are you so desperate to leave?
