We have recently visited CC and are seeking a building lot in the pictured area. We would consider outside the area, but key features are: public water, cable tv, electricity, quiet surroundings. I'm not sure who is listing lots where but we had a very good experience with Barry & Cindy Beer at Caye Caulker Properties for Sale - www.cayecaulkerforsale.com. They have quite a few listings and are extremely friendly, helpful and professional.
