Congratulations to Ellie Dial, director of the Placencia Tourism Center. Ellie has been chosen as one of Belize's "Outstanding Women" by the Woman's Department. Ellie will receive recognition in a ceremony to be held Thursday night March 31st at the Bliss Center in Belize City.
