Sorry guys. I wasn't implying that businesses were closed because it is hurricane season. In fact, I didn't say that. I just stated two facts. Lots of businesses close and it is hurricane season. Many tourists choose not to come to the tropics because they are concerned that a storm may affect their much waited for vacation and that is one of the reasons that we have 'low season' at that time. It's one of my favourite times to be here in San Pedro. We have all the 'celebrations' and it is lovely and quiet. The weather is usually very nice at that time.

That right it is belize's 30th birthday and katie's.....birthday also:-)

But who is finding out what is open on the caye in Sept? I just called Amigos Del Mar, Island Adventure Golf carts and Sunbreeze who are all open in Sept. Add to that list pls.

Most every one is open these days. Closing in Sept. was an old idea... long gone.

Oh, get real! Maybe you don't go to restaurants any more! Last two years, Wild Mango was closed, Lazy Croc, Etc etc..the only restaurants that were open were the Blue Water Grill associated restaurants and El Devino!
