P.J.	Thats pretty low....you need to be around $800 USD or more to find anything like that. PJ

OP babsaunt	Thanks, Seafan. I did look at the Raggae Rage when I was in Belize 2 weeks ago. It is an interesting property, but at 72, it does not meet the needs of my aging knees. Thanks anyway. Happy in Paradice
