sorry for the delay in responding, we were busy today! Gunter's spinach pasta is made of spinach and is green (he uses it for the lasagne and the fettucine) and the beetroot pasta is pink, it's made with beetroot in the dough. Hope you'll come and sample some this week!

You have no idea how much I wish we could come by and try some!! We are in Washington state right now and will not be down until August......you can be assured we will stop by and give it all a try.....I look at your specials every day and my mouth waters

Yes, I was standing on my deck, looking at the number one green and never thought about it before but 1000 yards due east is guess what? a potato field. We are in the north of Idaho, they only grow to an average size. The really big ones come from southern Idaho. I have seen them as big as a size 10 shoe. Loansum comes from the western side of Washington State where the fish are. He is surrounded by huge forests. His town is so sleepy, they roll up their sidewalks at 6pm.
