Need to get my wife hooked up with a spa of some sort.

Black Orchid Spa is great and if you don't want to go to town they will come to you for a fee. Otherwise Mata Chica is really close to where you are and most likely walkable. Nice place to spa, have lunch and hang out.

There are people that will come to you which is a nice option over taking a boat back north after a treatment.

There is a place on the beach not far from Ricos that gives a GREAT massage for 65/hr. Can't remember the name but you lay out on the dock at the end of their pier.

Per my wife, Captain Morgans has the best deep massager she has ever gone to. She lives at the spa here locally. Ha Ha!
