Well at least the elections stimulate some positive things!

I'm ready to praise the good stuff that people do - of we can't at least do that what incentive is there for any decent performance at all.

I agree with Diane. I would add that it makes more sense to improve the existing roads before spending money on projects like the proposed board walk which would require funds to build and maintain which should be used on improving existing infrastucture.
