I am just wondering what fish in Belize are a good eat and which ones are not a good eat. Is there any poisonous fish on the island inside of the reef?

I've lived with these fisherman on this island eating fish for 26 years and haven't been told about any that you couldn't eat, I've had some delightful surprises with some of the fish that I would never imagine even had meat on them.
BUT...I suppose you know not to eat fish intestines and organs like liver, heart etc.??
