I'm a 30 year old, Australian Male living in Melbourne managing a large venue consisting of a 300 seat restaurant, bar by night, and nghtclub for 1200 people. I love Hospitality, and have worked in the industry for over 15 years. Im excellent at what I do, and have been an asset to any business I've worked for. Im tired of city life, and want to relocate somewhere a bit more remote.

Im also an avid scuba diver, and would be interested (if someone would be willing to put time into me!) to train and work as a divemaster/instructor (which Id be mmore than happy to pay for).

One of the offshore cayes regularly advertises for a chef/dive guide/manager/jack-of-all-trades. You could try them.
