Comex paint is made in Mexico, I have used it on several occasions and found that it holds its own against all the other "USA brands" and would consider it a good mid range paint. The price is really reasonable compared to some of the hardware stores in town.
I painted the outside of a concrete building in Belize City Five years ago and it is just now starting to peel in a few places but for the most part has held it's color well under the harsh sun wind and rain here. They have a good selection of colors and can custom mix colors as well.
Make sure you get the right base paint as they have several different ones for what you are painting i.e. concrete or wood interior /exterior. Of course, as any professional painter will tell you a good long lasting job is all in the preperation of the surface you are painting which is very true. I find Comex also has the best prices on accessories, rollers brushes etc.
