Well I see your stirring up stuff again. Could you explain the point of your post? Vaccines are not really necessary here to those just visiting the Cayes.

I looked at the article and it seems like much of the same advice I offer clients when asked. Have an up to date Tetanus and possibly hep shots for living anywhere. I never suggest anti mararials, as our malaria is not that bad and there is no prevention for dengue, both of which you can get on the mainland, coastal areas and cayes. Use bug spray.
