I will vouch for the Havana shop on Barrier Reef...legit, right pricing (not cheap, they are real) and a great selection. Only place I ever buy.

Yes i have bought great Cubans in a nice friendly and willing to negotiate shop right across the street (out the front door) of the Radisson Fort George Hotel (Belize city). The price was originally $25 (u.s.)each for the Presidente but i got em for $8 (u.s.)with only 5 minutes of work (equal to price in Mx) so i bought the whole box. There is also a great restaurant next door with a nice patio and as always friendly Belizeans.
Hint for bringing them back. Place in a sandwich baggie and create a label on the hotel computer with a fake shop name and address, and slip off the bands. They are now generic cigars to all customs officials and pack your box with the bands and some homemade spices i.e. recado in the bottom of luggage.
Once home re-band, rebox, and show off your awesome private stash!!
Enjoy

I have an even better suggestion, why bother with such rigamarole at all? Just declare a box of counterfeit Cubans! Saves the hassle and stress of unnecssary subterfuge and seizure completely.
