DO NOT USE CARLOS. He had a shop on back street, then on a side street by a pre-school and now is working out of his house in San Pedrito. I took my 32" flat screen that would not turn on to him. He said he could fix it and requested $300 to buy the part. After many trips hunting him down, phone calls, pleadings, threats, etc. after 10 months I got my TV back (still not working) but no money.
