Inauguration and Opening of Caye Caulker Fuels

Saturday, August 27, 2011, was a beautiful and historical day for Caye Caulker residents. Many Hicaqueños and Sanpedranos gathered at the Caye Caulker Marina for the inauguration and opening of Caye Caulker Fuels and Marina.

Master of Ceremonies Mr. Noel Blanco started the ceremony with some wise words leading to an invocation by Father William Snyder. The welcome address was delivered by Daniela Salazar (niece of the owner of Caribeña Enterprises) followed by an impressive speech by Mr. Allen Turton (Building and Civil Engineer) explaining the safety, standards and technology at Caye Caulker Fuels.

Soon after Mr. Blanco had the honor of introducing his boss and friend, but most of all a proud Sanpedrano and owner of Caribeña Enterprises, Mr. Pedro Salazar Sr who gave an uplifting history of his company. He expressed his gratitude to all his customers for leading him to success and catering the best quality service over the years. Mr. Salazar Sr. asked all residents of Caye Caulker to take care and enjoy the facilities of the Marina and Fuels Services.
