How far up north????

Do you know where Rocky Point is? If you have a map and locate rocky point it is past Robles and the reef meets the shore there. The property is north of there in a subdivision called Palm Bay Club. It is only about a half mile south of the river between Mexico and AC. Two people have just built up there and it is beginning to come alive. The Mexicans have dug a big wide deepwater canal just north in mx so that navigation can go from the Carib. side across the peninsula and into Chetumal Bay where it is possible to go straight to Chetumal MX. The last stop on land before you cross into Belize. It is interesting to speculate as to what they are up to.

I'm in the internet store next to the Ice Cream parlor and I thank you for the reply, however, I think it is sold. Please keep checking from time to time just in case anythiing happens. We visited the prop yesterday found the marker and photo'd it. Also the property next to it is listed for 33,000. See ya.
