Another question.
Does anyone have any experience or a recommendation regarding insuring a business against theft, storm damage, etc? I was told that most do not carry anything – but I’m just not comfortable with that.

Hello JoeCirig....We use Atlantic Insurance on middle Street....501.226.2938. They offer business income replacement plans as well as personal property protection....All though be prepared to provide detailed documentation & list of goods for a quote. Good Luck!

You can get theft insurance but you will need to have burglar bars, the property needs to be well secured and I think it has to be occupied pretty much 24/7 and needs to have a security guard or reliable system in place.

You can easily purchase insurance for fire, flood, storm etc if you have a concrete structure. If your property is constructed of wood even partially you may find that some companies will not be willing to cover your property.
