Arizona and Hawaii are the only two States that don't observe Dayligt Saving time. I've lived in Arizona for the past 11 years and it sure is nice not to "fall back and spring forward". Farmers are going to do the work they have to do no matter what time is.

Indiana also has daylight savings time but not the whole state. The Northwest and southwest sections don't change the rest of the state does.
