suggestions please...

I will be returning to SP in March or April for my 5th trip and bringing 2 newbies along. In the past, I traveled with close friends (same gender) or with family or alone. I have stayed at Paradise Villas, Banana Beach and Exotic Caye in the past.

This time, it will be with another female and a male and we're all single and want private rooms. I don't find many suites with 3 rooms that aren't quite pricey. So I'm thinking a house rental would be better? Near town preferably. Anything between $200 - $300 US per night? Ideas?

Don't think they have 3 bedroom suites, but the second bedroom does have 2 separate beds, and 2 bathrooms also less than $300 per night. Can't beat the location, town side of Ramon's.

how long do you plan to stay? Banana Beach has some great sales......

Its been awhile since I saw these units. It would be less expensive, The Spindrift has a few very large 2 bedroom, kitchen etc rooms. Ocean veiws etc. The room is quiet and in the center of twon on the beach. I bet not as nice as Banana Beach etc.but worth checking out.

Look at Blue Tang. They have very nice studio units, and the garden views are under 100 per nite. Comes with a nice continental breakfast and an in town location
