We will be traveling to San Pedro in mid December staying for 2-3 months. Looking for a realtor to help with finding a decent rental. Not looking for $$$$, just $$. There seems to be a lot of decently priced rentals but utilities are extra. Anyone know how much on average? Also is hot and cold water standard? See lots of rentals with hot water and bottled water for drinking.

Have tried emailing a couple of places, but have no reponse. Depending on utilities it may be just as wise to rent in an all-inclusive. Any suggestions?....especially with a realtor.
