The Lionfish Tournament will happen December 17th 2011 in coordination with- Ecomar * Coral Reef * Hol Chan * SPTGA.

Cook Off Competition for December 18th (folks need a day with the lionfish)

If you want to enter the competition please sign up at Wahoo's Lounge.
For the cook off you can pick up the fish on Saturday after the weigh-ins.
Sunday we will host the tasting and judging for the BEST PREPARED LIONFISH.
