I am coming down to San Pedro Dec 9-13, and I am looking for recommendations for reasonable dive shops, fishing charters (reef and offshore), mayan tours, caving tours, zip lining. I am trying to make the most of my trip. Also, recommendation for reputable realtors to show me some available properties. Thanks in advance.

Wow, 3 days on the ground, that's a heck of a schedule.

I recommend Chuck and Robbies or Hughs Parks (in front of the Sunbreeze hotel on the beach) for diving. There are a lot of threads here regarding good fishing guides. Good luck on your short stay and getting so much done.
