Ouch! I hope he can get it back to normal sooner, rather than later. John cooks up some fantastic chicken, at a very reasonable price.

Only the thatch is damaged so we should still be able to enjoy some great jerk chicken there. John was cleaning up the mess this morning.

He did say there is quite a bit of water damage done to the equipment. We will need to get a fundraiser in the works. John and his family are such good people.

The late Tuesday night blaze partially consumed the thatch roof of Robinís Kitchen, a popular San Pedro eatery on Coconut Drive. An eyewitness says that the fire started at the back of the establishment sometime after eleven oíclock last night. One passerby, Luis Romero told Love News that he and another person were first to battle the flames and kept it from spreading to the rest of the structure. While the thatch roof of Robinís Kitchen was scorched, owner John Harvey told Love News that he believes it was arson. Fire officials have yet to release a report on the incident and in investigation to determine the cause of the blaze is underway. Harvey puts the preliminary damage estimate to his business establishment at around three thousand dollars.
