Jerk Shrimp Shrimp sautéed in garlic butter, onions, bell peppers and Caribbean jerk seasonings served on a bed of lettuce

Entrees

Bacon Wrapped Lobster Medallions of lobster wrapped in bacon and glazed in our famous mango sauce. Served with steamed vegetables and either creamy mash potato or rice.

Caribbean BBQ Spare Ribs Tender pork spare ribs slowly braised with rosemary, basil, Caribbean seasonings and glazed with a pineapple BBQ sauce. Served with steamed vegetables and either creamy mash potato or rice.
