I will be visting AC in March and am interested in booking several days fishing. Are there any guides in the area that would be recommended? What rates should I expect to pay for a full days fishing?

You will have a great time make sure you have some fish filet
to take to the local restaurants to prepare .I take them
and have them cook it three or 4 ways . I like it beer batter, or almandine ,or blackened,or grilled with garlic .Almost all the places will do it for you.
YUMMY STUFF.WASH DOWN WITH A BEER OR TWO OR THREE LOL.

Steve is a great guy with really good guides. He put me out with Able last time I was down. I could not have asked for a better guide and service. Tight lines!

Able picked up my wife and I and we went south to the flats and the mangroves. We started in an area that had some tarpon. They were not very active that day. Got one stike and that was it for them. Then we moved closer to the mangroves and found a spot loaded up with feeding Bones. What I liked most was that Able recognized my ability and left me be to focus on helping my wife cath fish and have fun. And she did! These fish were so stacked up, it was almost too easy and they were on the smaller side. Then we poled through the flats sighting and pitching to bigger, more sensitive fish. We had a great time, and I lost count on how many fish we caught. On another day we fished the reef. We caught so many fish, again I lost count. But there are tons of different species on the reef. Caught some nice grouper, snapper, barracuda, you name it. Again the service was top notch and they took great care to make sure my wife had the best of times and I was not caudled but left to enjoy my talents. A good guide is the best choice when you do not know the area, Steve will definatly hook you up.
