Inauguration of pre-school in San Antonio Village

Today was the inauguration of the newly built San Antonio Pre-School in the San Antonio Village of the Cayo District. The construction of the school began in March of 2011 and it consists of two classrooms, with the capacity to accommodate up to 75 students per shift. The building also consists of a Principalís office, a kitchenette, a shower room, two restrooms for student and one for the staff. The project was implemented through the assistance of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and by grant from the Government of Japanís Official Development Assistance program at a total cost of $195,948.05. Present at this morningís inauguration was of Agriculture an Area Representative for Cayo Central the Hon. Rene Montero.
