Anyone know who to contact about getting rid of a bee's nest in an empty building nearby?

Shuffles, I did an archive search and came up with this old thread, no specific info on who the guy was in the bee keepres helmet but if you were to call any of the affected parties mentioned in the article they might be able to give you a lead...(i.e BTB, Roman Catholic school etc)
