I dont suppose your old haunt used to give those out Dianne. Yeah as tim/amanda say, its a laminated card/ticket on a cord that usually hangs around your neck. Usually they are kinda artsy like the posters from Bill Grahams places during the 60's and 70's. I have a few cool ones from well spent youthful years as a roadie.
