Born and raised in British Columbia, Flack worked as a steelhead guide before moving to Belize where he owns and operates the Tres Pescados Fly Shop (www.belizefly.com) in downtown San Pedro.

Flack’s hiring comes as Simms expands and improves its line of award-winning fishing gear.
