Sometime after 11PM on Thursday April 26th, a person detained at the San Pedro Police Station died inside the holding cell. He has been identified as one Steven “Boco T” Myvette originally of Belize City who also goes by the name of Steven Kelly. The San Pedro Sun will have details shortly.

Sorry Capt. In my book, penalty for robbery is not death. I'm speaking as someone who has been robbed on the beach in San Pedro. I would still like my favorite wallet back though.

He's probably the same guy who stole the boat. A bit extreme, but a what a deterrent in a small community. I feel more safe already, and I'm not even there yet!

It's no deterrent at all. Having people dislike and mistrust the police even more isn't helping anyone.

I hope you do not get hurt if you got hurt you would think a lot difrent .Crime with robbery envoled the person needs to be
stopped for good .not given a slap on the wrist .and say bad boy do not do this again ...you rob twice you get hung .
again this is jmho. the island needs to stop this or it will be the begining of the end for tourisim .
