The Anti Corruption Act of 2007 requires all elected officials including Town Board and Mayor to file an annual financial statement showing all their assets and debts within 90 days of the election. Newly elected are to file for the preceding year. Additionally the Town Council Act requires a quarterly financial from the Town Council concerning the Town accounts. Lets keep going with the good start toward a better San Pedro, file those returns so no one can accuse you of financial wrong doing. Transparency is the key to good government.

Wally Nunez, the only PUP candidate that was elected to the town council has filed his financial report.

And who verifies the accuracy of those statements. If I were a "corrupt official", I doubt my finacial statement would not also be "corrupt".
