The level of the Sittee River has gone down and the flood waters have cleared the deck of the low-lying wooden bridge at Kendall. The debris has now been cleared from the bridge and minor works done on the approaches. The bridge is now passable; but it continues to be monitored as more rains have fallen in the area and the water could rise again.
