I am scheduled to volunteer at Ocean Academy from mid Jan. to the end of the semester in March(about 10 weeks). Everyone I have contacted has not been able to help me find a place to stay during this time period. I was planning to budget 900-1000 a month, but due to CC's high season that does not appear to be enough. Would anyone on this board be able to give me any suggestions? Thank you BK

The three BR was under renovation when we were just there in July.

Check Chans apartments.

Check with M and N apartments for long term rental rates with kitchenette. They have cable TV and Wifi.
Also, Jeremiah's Inn has great service, reasonable rates and a shared outdoor kitchen.

Contact Mike, this place is almost next door to the high school. Its only about 3 years old. He usually has units available and may give you a better rate than on the website. One bedroom units start at $450 a month
