barone44, You have a colossal up hill battle here guy.
You should just try and acquire new firearms after you arrive and even then its going to be tough for a while. You'll need to acquire residency to get the permit and as far getting a job in Law enforcement in Belize, that makes me giggle a little. Come visit, look around and talk to some of the people in law enforcement. The pay is insulting. If you became a citizen, which is a huge task in itself, you might get a volunteer advisory position.
I'm trying to be negative as I can about your chances of this being a reality to help you with this foolish idea.

I recently read that there were 5 people being considered for a top job in policing in Belize. Three were from Belize, one from Canada and one from the Netherlands. I was under the impression that the applicants from Canada and Netherlands were not residents but could be wrong.

I am planning on moving to Ambergris Caye next week and I was wondering if someone can tell me how I go about getting my 2000 bazookas, 10 Sherman tanks and my litter of chihuahua puppies to the island. Also I would like to get a job that makes 249K U.S. (don't want Obama to get ahold of my money). Please inform.
