Was watching a tv cooking show at about 3:00 this am and fellow was grilling mango. Take a nice full Haden type and slice off the sides, leave the skin on. Score in from the meat side down to the skin, making little squares. Brush with a light oil, sprinkle a little sugar and put meat side down on hot grill. It didn't take long for the sugar to crust and brown; he sort of pushed the middle on the skin side to turn it inside out and squeezed some lime juice and ate it right off the skin. Did it look good, got to try it!
