Sticking to ones religious beliefs can be challenging. But I admire those who do.

Also, it is my understanding if fish have scales and fins, they are considered Kosher. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kosher_fish_list

FYI, my Rabbi friend will be in San Pedro June 16 for six weeks.

Hi Friends I cooked a Kosher Chicken. My family like it very much it is delicious. If you are thinking of cooking it is of good quality and fresh.
