We have snook and on both sides of the island, but if anyone catches them I couldn't say.

We bought a good size snook off of a fisherman last week. Went from the sea to our grill.

have seen/caught them near some old dock pilings just north of victoria house. (seaside) saw several groups fly fishing near there on our last trip in nov. did not see any one catch anything. also have seen and caught them in the channels and
around the islands to the south of ac. usually sitting way back in the mangroves. had some fly guys tell me they catch them in the crock lagoon near the water treatment plant. enjoy that spot at your own risk.

we never really went looking for them, just came across them mainly when looking for sardines.

good luck

Thanx for the info. I just hope the fishing is good 3.5 miles north of San Pedro (seascape) as that will be my area of operations.
As far as the crocs go, not to worried about that, as they have had good chances of getting me before in other places.... but I will be on point. No Doubt!
